Invasive Species Prevention

Clean. Drain. Dry.

Invasive species are one of the leading threats to local biodiversity and our recreational pastimes. Wildlife Forever proudly leads the national Clean. Drain. Dry. Initiative, the leading public service and awareness campaign working to prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species (AIS). Through state, federal, and local community engagement, the program educates and empowers boaters and anglers to take proactive steps in stopping the spread of AIS. Through implementation of cleaning stations and signage at public accesses, distribution of prevention and outreach materials, and broad, comprehensive multimedia marketing strategies, the Clean Drain Dry Initiative is a leader in the fight against AIS.
